HOCKEY
For male and female hockey players ages 12 and up who are looking to
take their game to the next level! Each athlete will be subject to their
own PERSONAL strength training program based on their personal
goals, training age, and maturity. Every program is carefully constructed
using the most recent scientific knowledge to help players develop the
SIZE, STRENGTH, POWER, SPEED, and AGILITY that will help them
achieve their goals on the ice during the hockey season!


BASKETBALL
Basketball requires strength, speed, power and stabilization. The Acceleration Performance Basketball training system will give you the tools necessary to be the best basketball player in the city!
Basketball is unique and SHOULD NOT be treated like any other sport. Train the way a basketball player should train!
